Destiny 2 has finally been released for the PC, but the futuristic shooter's arrival has been far from perfect.

Developer Bungie has collected all the known issues of Destiny 2 for the PC on its official forums. Before anything else, players are first recommended to update their Windows operating system and drivers to see if that will fix whatever problem they are facing. Other general troubleshooting tips for any problem would be for players to restart the Destiny 2 client and the Blizzard Battle.net app, and to delete the CVARS.xml file found in "\Users\USER_NAME\Appdata\Roaming\Bungie\DestinyPC\prefs\". If these do not work, here are the known Destiny 2 PC issues and their specific fixes.
Destiny 2 is currently unable to play on fullscreen mode in some laptops. Players can use the windowed fullscreen mode in the meantime while a better solution is being prepared. Players who are experiencing the TRUMPET error code, meanwhile, can fix the problem by changing their Blizzard region.
Bungie noted that it is investigating issues of Clan Roster not appearing, as well as players being blocked from signing in. The developer added that it will try to fix crashes when Destiny 2 is attempted on computers with below the minimum specifications required, but said that these PCs are not officially supported.
The developer also said that Buffalo error messages can be solved by making sure that players are only logged in to one PC at a time for their Destiny 2 accounts, while crashing after alt-tabbing is caused by AMD's Crossfire feature. Closing Destiny 2 on PC, meanwhile can only be done on mouse input, with no possible way to do this through a controller for now.

The original Destiny was only released for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One, so PC players are getting their first taste of the series with Destiny 2.
Destiny 2 on PC enables 4K at 60 frames per second, and it looks absolutely amazing. Players, however, will face most of the same issues as the one being experienced by PlayStation 4 and Xbox One owners, including the controversial shader system.
