The Consumer Electronics Show, or CES 2018, is less than a month away and fans are excited to see what the tech industry giants will deliver.

Companies such as Samsung, LG, and Sony will participate at the CES 2018, this has left everyone’s imagination running wild. We have rounded up the best-rumored products coming to the tech show.

Lenovo

One of the trending gadgets we will more than likely see at the CES in 2018 is the virtual-reality headset. Lenovo, at the moment, is the only company in partnership with Google to release a standalone VR headset that runs Daydream.

There are a few clues that suggest the device will make its way to the tech show. Lenovo sent out invites to its CES event and teased some info writing the phrases, “reality has never been so exhilarating” and “see and experience the world in a new way.”

Furthermore, a recent tweet from Google VP Clay Bavor says that he has been using a pre-release version of the headset and there will be "more soon" about the device.

Samsung

As usual, Samsung has been quiet about what is coming to CES 2018, but there are rumors that the company has some big announcements.

According to reports, the highly-anticipated Samsung Galaxy X will make its debut. Rumors suggest this device will have two screens that are foldable. This came about after the company filed a patent for a smartphone with a screen that bends.

Meanwhile, notable leaker Evan Blass recently reported that the Samsung Galaxy S9 and Galaxy S9 Plus could make a cameo at CES. The new device is rumored to feature the same physical outline as the Galaxy S8, coming in at 5.8-inches. It is also said to have an on-screen scanner and have a water-repellent coating. The biggest change expected is the on-screen scanner, which is said to have a new Qualcomm Fingerprint sensor and will allow users to scan their finger on the screen to access their phone.

Additionally, the company is said to unveil a massive 150-inch TV. This is not an ordinary TV, it is said to feature Micros-LED, which will allow for a greater pixel density and draw less power.

Huawei

Huawei is said to be making big moves in 2018. The company will reportedly start by announcing a partnership with a U.S. mobile carrier. Outside of the United States, Huawei is a big entity. One of the biggest reasons it is not in the country is because it lacks partnerships with mobile carriers. However, the company is looking to change direction and will more than likely announce the partnership during the Huawei keynote.

The company is also rumored to highlight a successor to its MediaPad M3 at CES 2018. The new tablet is being called the MediaPad M5 and is an Android tablet that competes with the iPad. The MediaPad M5 is said to keep the 8.4-inch display and will have 2,560 x 1,600 resolution, a Kirin 960 processor, and will run Android 8.0 Oreo. No other specs have surfaced yet.

Meanwhile, Huawei has been quite public about its plans to release a Daydream headset. The rumors that this device will appear at CES 2018 come from a filing with the Federal Communications Commission for a Huawei virtual reality handle, which definitely confirms the existence of a headset.

LG

Rumors regarding a successor to LG’s G6 phone have come out and users are expecting the company to reveal the smartphone at the CES 2018. The design of the G7 is expected to remain similar to the G6 with the addition of a fingerprint sensor underneath the display or on the rear of the device. Other reports suggest the G7 will have an iris scanner.

It has also been speculated that the G7 smartphone will update its processor to Qualcomm’s new 7nm Snapdragon 845 chip. The screen will reportedly switch to OLED for the new device.

The company is also expected to announce its first midrange device LG K10, which will feature LG Pay. Geek Gadgets reports the new smartphone will come with a 5.3-inch display at 1920 x 1080 pixels and a Quad core 1.2GHz processor. Other features include 3GB of RAM and 32GB of included storage, a 3,000 mAh battery and a 5-megapixel front-facing camera.

Google

For the first time, Google will have a booth at CES, which has triggering staggering amounts of speculation.

The company, of course, has remained tight-lipped regarding what they will offer at the tech show. However, one report suggests that it will unveil a competitor to Amazon’s Echo Show smart speaker, dubbed “Manhattan.”

The device will reportedly be able to connect to smart home devices and will feature a 7-inch display that supports Google services such as photos, streaming video, and YouTube.

Even if that doesn't come to fruition, it is likely Google will showcase some various “Made by Google” devices, including the Pixel 2, Google Home family accessories and probably a few Chromebooks.

Nvidia

At CES 2017 Nvidia announced some car-related technologies such as mobile processor Tegra and AI car computer technology Drive PX, and it looks like they’ll continue with the trend next year.

Rumors suggest that the company will showcase new tech related to self-driving cars. It will dive deeper into autonomous vehicles with AI tech for self-driving.

The company will have a press event Sunday, Jan. 7 at 8 p.m. EST, with founder and CEO Jensen Huang taking the Las Vegas stage to showcase the new tech innovations.

Sony

Sony has been using its presence at CES to focus on audio and office lines, unveiling products such as new headphones and cheaper 4K projectors. It has also introduced new lines to the Bravia TV and it appears it will continue that trend. Reports say Sony will introduce its new QLED TV series at the trade show.

The Japanese company may also take its time at CES 2018 to unveil the new Sony Xperia flagship smartphone. The new device is said to host a plethora of features including a 5.48-inch FHD bezel-less display, 6GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage.

We'll find out all during Sony's CES press conference, which will take place at 8 p.m. EST on Monday, Jan. 8 at the Sony booth.
