The title for the fourth Avengers film may have accidentally been leaked online. Fans of the Marvel franchise found the title on the resume of Avengers 4 cinematographer, Trent Opaloch.

Avengers: End Game?

On Opaloch's resume, fans discovered a title on the page that read, Avengers: End Game, which many are now believing is the title of the fourth film. Though Opaloch has since updated his resume and changed it back to Avengers 4, fans can't help but find the correlation between the seemingly revealed title and references from the previous film.

During Infinity War, Doctor Strange saves Tony Stark/Ironman's life by giving Thanos the Time Stone. After Iron Man berates Doctor Strange for giving up the Time Stone, Strange informs Iron Man that there was no other way and that they have now entered the "end game." Prior to this scene, Doctor Strange used the Time Stone to look into the future to find out if the Avengers were able to defeat Thanos.

Out of the 14 million possible outcomes, Dr. Strange revealed that only one was successful. Fans speculate that by Doctor Strange surrendering the Time Stone was part of a plan he formulated in order to ensure Thanos' defeat. However, one of the film's directors, Joe Russo, has previously shut down any rumors that fourth film's title will be based on dialogue mentioned in Infinity Wars.

Thanos Revealed

Avengers: Infinity War may be getting an extended cut featuring a more extensive look at the film's main antagonist, Thanos. During the theatrical version released in April of this year, some background information about the mad titan was revealed including how he adopted his beloved daughter, Gamora.

Jim Starlin, the creator of Thanos, confirmed this and that much of Thanos' story was cut out from Infinity War. Collider's Jon Schnepp also commented that Starlin learned the scenes that were cut will be integrated into the film.

"Jim Starlin found out that they're actually going to put it into a special edition Avengers: Infinity War... they weren't going to be seen as deleted scenes, they're actually going to be re-integrated into the film," Schnepp stated

The untitled fourth Avengers film will be in theaters May 2019.
