Teen model Bella Harris has confirmed that she and Drake did not have a dinner date at RPM Italian in Washington D.C.

Rumors swirled that the two were allegedly spotted enjoying a private dinner at the Italian restaurant. During that time, the rap icon just finished a show in Boston and had a little time off before his next gig in D.C.

Bella Harris Sets The Record Straight

To defend herself from the rumors, the 18-year-old model posted on Instagram her side of the story.

"Coming off an amazing New York fashion week, I feel I need to set the record straight... I did not dine in DC recently. I was happily working & dining in NYC every day," she stated.

The model's defense came after an article had been published on Page Six suggesting that she was seen going out with the Canadian rapper on Sept. 10. According to the report, the 31-year-old musician had been having a drink at Amaro bar before he was joined by Harris, who used the back entrance of the establishment.

According to sources, the two had spaghetti and meatballs, Mediterranean octopus, roasted salmon, sweetcorn agnolotti, whipped potatoes, and picatta modern. Despite rumors that the two were getting cozy during dinner, they left separately.

Harris, daughter of producer and songwriter Jimmy Jam, recently posted on social media a photo of her and Drake, which was taken at the Madison Square Garden. In the caption, she wrote that there is no place she would rather be. The critically acclaimed musician even liked the post.

They Go Way Back

It is still unclear how the rumored couple met or how they know each other. However, it is apparent that they go way back. The model posted a photo of her with Drake during his Summer Sixteen tour in 2016.

This proves that the two have known each other for around two years. Just like her recent photo, the model captioned the old image with a blue heart emoji.

A source that has close ties with Drake claimed that Harris and the artist have never gone out on a date. The model just graduated high school this June.

She is with The Industry Model MGMT and has modeled for prominent clothing brands such as Abercrombie & Fitch, Fenty, Forever 21, Calvin Klein, Guess. She even starred in the campaign for the famous singer's OVO label.

Furthermore, she told her followers on social media that she was prepared to take on and enjoy new adventures.
