Around the internet, the Samsung Galaxy Note 10 is one of the most talked-about and anticipated smartphones coming this year.

Thing is, numerous insiders and leaksters don't sound too excited when it comes to the design of the South Korean brand's next flagship. In other words, fans might be in for something less than stellar than what they expect.

Galaxy Note 10 Design

To start things off, Max Weinbach of XDA Developers says in a tweet that the Galaxy Note 10's design is going to be "much, much worse" than expected.

In the same vein, Steve Hemmerstoffer, aka @OnLeaks, says that the phone will have a vertical layout for its rear camera and a centered hole-punch front camera. When asked for his opinion on it, he said it doesn't look as good as the Galaxy Note 9's rear camera design.

Last but not least, Ice Universe says that the Galaxy Note 10 — and the Galaxy Fold, for that matter — won't be the "most creative" phone from Samsung.

To put two and two together, the upcoming flagship doesn't seem to be too exciting, but a lot of fans disagree, saying that the smartphone maker is going to release something amazing.

For those who don't know, Weinbach, Hemmerstoffer, and Ice Universe are all reliable tipsters and leaksters in the industry with a good track record in providing early info about unreleased phones that turned out to be accurate.

Of course, it's hard to say whether the Galaxy Note 10 will be underwhelming or not once it rolls out. Nothing is official yet, after all. Not to mention that the matter is subjective, so it's safe to say that some will like its design, while some probably won't.

Past Galaxy Note 10 Rumors

Assuming the design of the Galaxy Note 10 is going to be a bit of a disappointment, it's not a stretch to believe that it'll deliver in terms of performance and features.

That said, it's rumored to have a faster and more efficient UFS 3.0 storage, just like the Galaxy Fold. It's also said to sport a buttonless design, relying on capacitive keys that lets users squeeze it to do certain actions, such as turning on the phone and adjusting the volume.

In addition, Verizon has also confirmed before that there's a Galaxy Note 10 5G in the cards, and as the carrier has shown off before on a Galaxy S10 5G, the next-generation cellular technology is capable of delivering blazing fast speeds.
