Samsung has announced that it's bringing three of the Galaxy A Series to the United States this summer.

To be exact, these midrange smartphones are the Galaxy A10e, Galaxy A20, and Galaxy A50, the third of which is arguably an affordable device with flagship features that succeeds the Galaxy A6.

Galaxy A50

Considering that it's the most expensive one among the trio, it's no surprise that the Galaxy A50 boasts the best specs in the pack.

For starters, it sports a 6.4-inch FHD+ (2,340 x 1,080) Super AMOLED Infinity-U Display with a fingerprint sensor underneath, which is something that's starting to be the norm in top-of-the-line models nowadays. What's out of the ordinary in this context is a 3.5mm headphone jack.

It's powered by an Exynos 9610 and 4 GB of RAM, and it comes with 64 GB of internal storage that can be expanded by up to 512 GB via a microSD card. It runs on Android 9 Pie with Samsung's One UI out of the box, and a 4,000 mAh battery that supports a charging rate of 15W keeps the lights on.

As for the cameras, it has three on the back — a 25-megapixel primary lens, an 8-megapixel wide-angle lens, and a 5-megapixel depth sensor — and a single 25-megapixel snapper on the front. Also, it's equipped with a USB-C port.

It's a smartphone with a few flagship features, namely the in-display fingerprint reader and triple-camera setup, and standard features that manufacturers have been removing from their flagships, such as the headphone jack and microSD card slot. In short, it's got the best of both worlds meeting somewhere down the middle.

The Galaxy A50 is set to be available from Verizon for $349.99 on June 13.

Galaxy A20, Galaxy A10e

The Galaxy A20 is among the cheaper varieties in the Galaxy A Series. It has a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED Infinity-V Display with a 1,560 x 720 resolution, an Exynos 7884, 3 GB of RAM, 32 GB of native storage that's expandable by up to 512 GB, a 4,000 mAh battery, a dual-camera configuration that consists of 13- and 5-megapixel lenses, an 8-megapixel front-facing camera, and Android 9 Pie with One UI.

Meanwhile, the Galaxy A10e is an even cheaper option. It comes with a 5.83-inch Infinity-V Display, a 3,000 mAh battery, an 8-megapixel rear camera, and 32 GB of built-in storage.

The Galaxy A20 and Galaxy A10e are expected to follow the Galaxy A50's launch "in the coming weeks" with $249.99 and $179.99 respective price tags.

Samsung announced these phones in a press release, saying that they're made to meet every consumer's "unique set of needs."
