Rockstar to Give $2 Million to Every Single Online Player

Rockstar began giving $1 million to every single GTA Online player since Jan. 30. Today, Feb. 5, is the final day you may benefit from the free giveaway. Starting tomorrow, Feb. 6 to 13, the gaming business enterprise is giving away any other $1 million of in-game cash. Literally, all you have to do is go online and play.

So, if you log in and play today while there's still time, then log in tomorrow for some other action, you'll be $2 million richer. Well, in the world of Grand Theft Autoanyway.

The cash will land to your Maze Bank in 72 hours of playing. However, a few gamers have reported no longer receiving their money - trouble which Rockstar Games have to comment on.

GTA Founder to Leave Rockstar Games

Meanwhile, the man who added us GTA from the very first time is leaving Rockstar Games. The statement from Take-Two Tuesday afternoon which is part of an SEC filing

"After an extended break beginning in the spring of 2019, Dan Houser, Vice President, Creative at Rockstar Games, will be leaving the company," the statement read.

The company expressed its gratitude to Houser for his contributions by creating some of the most critically acclaimed and commercially successful game worlds.

Dan Houser co-founded Rockstar in 1998 as a subsidiary of Take-Two Interactive. Still, after more than 20 years with the enterprise, he is set to leave on Mar. 11.

The video game producer labored as a writer on numerous GTA games, as well as the head creator on Max Payne 3Bully, and Red Dead Redemption 1 and 2. He also labored as a voice actor on a number of the organization's projects.

Houser to start with retook a step with an 'extended break' that started out in spring final year, following the launch of Red Dead Redemption 2 in November 2018.

Houser's brother Sam, whom he based Rockstar Games alongside, will stay on as company president.
