These companies will launch their individual rockets on Florida's Space Coast, Cape Canaveral, this week, on the coming days. Cape Canaveral is gearing up for a busy weekend as launches will take place on three consecutive days.
2020 marks another milestone for another three consecutive launches in a week in the famed space coast of Florida that previously saw the succession of rockets last 2001. Companies United Launch Alliance (ULA) and Elon Musk's SpaceX are prepping their rockets and the platform for their liftoff this week.
The United Launch Alliance will send-off their Delta IV Heavy with NROL-44 spy satellite for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) while SpaceX will launch two of its famed Falcon 9 reusable rocket ships containing cargo from different space agencies.
This week is another mark in the history books for Cape Canaveral and the country.

2:12 am, EST, August 27
ULA's Delta IV NROL-44 is set to launch their spy satellite for the National Reconnaissance Office (NRO) the earliest this week, happening on early Thursday morning, 2:12 am Eastern Time. The rocket will launch from pad 37B.

WTSP reports that as of Wednesday night, the weather is clear and will complement the early morning launch of ULA's NROL-44.

SpaceX's famed rocket, Falcon 9, will be boarded by the SAOCOM 1B satellite of the Argentinian Space Agency. One day after ULA, SpaceX is set on August 28 during the prime evening time at 7:19 pm. SpaceX's Falcon 9 will launch from pad 40 on Florida's coast.
This time is an excellent time to witness the launch firsthand if you are near the vicinity or through the live stream link.

The last launch for this week will be happening on Sunday morning and will again be orchestrated by Elon Musk's SpaceX. The astronomical company will carry Starlink's famed internet-satellites in its twelfth batch to add 60 new ones to the current 650 satellites in the low-Earth orbit.
SpaceX's launch differs from its evening launches and goes with Sunday morning. This launch can also be witnessed firsthand if near the vicinity or throught their live stream found on this link.
Three Consecutive Launches: A Marvelous Feat in History

The 45th Space Wing Commander Brigadier General Doug Schiess said that this is a historical week for Cape Canaveral that saw its last 'trifecta' launch in 2001.
The rockets Titan IV, Delta II, and Space Shuttle Discovery also launched in August 2001, making this week's launch a kind of memorial and mirror to the historic feat 19 years ago.
Brig. Gen. Schiess' team is looking forward for the busy days ahead and will ensure proper coordination for the security and safety of the rocket launches.
On the other hand, if you are looking for a different kind of launch experience and mode of entertainment, the Kennedy Space Center offers a live drive-in event for $50. A space-themed movie will also be featured by the event, apart from SpaceX's SAOCOM 1B launch on August 28.
