The official content and competitions for the tennis simulation game Tennis World Tour 2 have been revealed by NACON and Big Ant Studios, which will be released on Sept. 24 on PC, PlayStation 4, Xbox One Oct. 15 on Nintendo Switch.

Tennis World Tour 2 Competitions

According to Invision Game CommunityTennis World Tour 2 will include the Mutua Madrid Open's Manolo Santana Court and the OWL Arena in Halle.

Furthermore, it will include Roland-Garros, the famous French Open Grand Slam tournament, and three more famous courts, namely, Suzanne-Lenglen, Philippe-Chatrier, and Simonne-Mathieu.

Nevertheless, fans are most likely excited for the Roland-Garros competition, especially as it's pretty much the most challenging clay-court competition since it started in 1925 and is supposed to start this September was canceled due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

Because of that, fans can re-live the action, pressure, and tension via Tennis World Tour 2.

More Realistic Gameplay

Besides the competitions and the content, fans are also getting more excited about the tennis simulation's arrival, which is the 2018 title's sequel for its improvements.

Based on the report, the game includes new features such as an improved serve system, playing double matches with up to four other players locally or via the internet, and a new shot timing mechanic.

There are also multiple game modes, namely: Tournament, Career, Quick Match, Tie Break Tens, Online, Ranked Match.

Of course, the game would be incomplete without the stars. Like the NBA 2K series, Tennis World Tour 2 also includes the most prominent professional tennis players in the world, including Ashleigh Barty, Roger Federer, and Rafael Nadal, along with 33 other tennis stars.

But perhaps what NACON and Big Arts Studios want to boast more is the more realistic and smoother gameplay.

These are all available on the Ace Edition.

Standard and Ace Editions

For those who are waiting for the game to arrive, there are two versions you can choose from, according to a forum thread on Go Nintendo.

There is the standard edition as well as the Ace Edition, which will include more content.

The standard edition will include 36 players, along with the Career and Online Modes, while the Ace Edition will consist of everything on the standard version, plus more.

Fans can expect to get the official arenas and stadiums, the Manolo Santana court, the Mutua Madrid Open, the OWL Arena in Halle, plus the Roland-Garros tournament along with the three other courts we've mentioned earlier.

You can pre-order the game on Amazon, Microsoft Store for Xbox One (standard and Ace Editions both available), and the PlayStation Store.

The listing is already out on Steam, so if you're waiting for it on PC, you can add the game on your Steam wishlist, so it's easy to access whenever it comes out this September 25.

Remember, you'll have to wait a few days more before it comes out on Nintendo Switch, but it will be worth waiting for tennis fans who can't watch the biggest games.
