Have you ever imagine if you're one of the kids that visited Willy Wonka's Chocolate Factory? Of course, we all know what we shouldn't do if we're up there-- for example, don't mess with the Oompa Loompas or eat too much candy.

But now, a real-life 2020 version of Willy Wonka himself is inviting you to join his little treasure hunt-- just like in the movie. Yup, it is real, like the Golden ticket or the factory key.

Who wants to be the next 'Charlie?'

The owner of a candy-making factory that founded 'Jelly Beans' has a contest to offer in all citizens of the United States.

David "Candyman" Klein, the founder of The Jelly Belly jelly beans and Tricky Treasures, wants you to get out of your house. Join a 'golden ticket' hunt. Go to familiar places in your state. And find the lucky 'Golden Ticket' formed in necklaces, hidden somewhere out there.

Once you find it, each treasure hunt is valued at $5,000. However, you also have a chance to win another prize, which is the key to one of Klein's candy factories.

Does this storyline sound familiar? Oh yes, it has the same plot from the famous film Charlie and the Chocolate Factory or the 1971 musical Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory.

Those of you who had watched the classic film "Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory," you knew how the story works.

Willy Wonka is looking for someone to take over his business in his well-established Chocolate Factory. He met with five children that originally won finding the 'Golden Ticket,' one of them was a boy named Charlie.

Wonka offered a lifetime supply of sweets to anyone that will win. Or simply the kid that will stay until the end of his tour of the factory.

Interestingly, every kid experiences weird events whenever they try to eat or eat a lot of the candies during the tour, but not Charlie. And we think you already knew what happened next.

How to join Jelly Bean's contest?

Unlike in the movie or novel, anyone can join the 'Golden Ticket' search-- not just children.

If you're interested, you only need to pay $49.99 to join the contest. This fee will give you a heads up on where to look for the Golden ticket necklace.

If you happen to get the clue already, you need to hurry because each state only accommodates 1,000 participants.

Once you get the necklace, you can have a cash prize, or get a chance to search for what Klein has been calling 'The Ultimate Treasure,' which is the key to one of his candy factories. Plus, all-expenses-paid trips and education to a candy-making university.

So, are you ready for a treasure hunt?
