Independent UK first reported Three UK phone network stops working on Wednesday, Oct. 7. Thousands of regular users of the network reported the issue on the Down Detector UK website.
For the recent 24 hours, some parts of U.K. including London, Manchester, Birmingham, Nottingham, Glasgow, Bristol, Liverpool, Leeds, and Sheffield noticed the massive network outage, at around 9:00 A.M. local time.Until now, some of the consumers on Twitter have been complaining for the network on stopping their calls or texts.

Based on The Independent UK report, Three UK said they already know about the problem and work on fixing the issue.
"We are aware of an issue with the network and are working hard to fix it," a Three UK spokesperson said. "We know how vital communications are at the moment and are sorry for any inconvenience caused."
As per the Three network website, there are many reasons of the outage. These are: building materials of your home, location, cranes or any temporary structures, issues with device, extreme weather, or planned or unplanned maintenance.
For now, Three UK has not yet released official statement regarding the outage.
