A new study from the controversial COVID-19 Chinese whistleblower Dr. Li-Meng Yan was released on Thursday. In the latest report, the virologist claims the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) planned the whole experiment of creating the SARS-CoV-2, to be released intentionally in the public. She even called the virus as an "unrestricted bioweapon."

A man wears a mask while walking in the street on January 22, 2020 in Wuhan, Hubei province, China. A new infectious coronavirus known as "2019-nCoV" was discovered in Wuhan as the number of cases rose to over 400 in mainland China. Health officials stepped up efforts to contain the spread of the pneumonia-like disease which medicals experts confirmed can be passed from human to human. The death toll has reached 17 people as the Wuhan government issued regulations today that residents must wear masks in public places. Cases have been reported in other countries including the United States, Thailand, Japan, Taiwan, and South Korea.

The second paper of Dr. Li-Meng Yan is now released via Zenodo website. In her recent claims, the virologist now accuses the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) of creating the virus, at the first place. Initially, calling it a bioweapon for biowarfare.

According to the 2nd study via Daily Mail UK, that is not yet peer-reviewed, Yan claims that the generally-accepted theory of origin of Coronavirus is fake.

As reported at the first months of pandemic, Chinese "batwoman" Dr. Zheng-Li Shi of the Wuhan Institute of Virology, proves that COVID-19 came from bat Coronavirus or known as RaTG13.

It was believed that 96% of the COVID-19 has similar characteristics with the RaTG13. Unfortunately, Yan does not believe this theory.

In fact, she called the genome sequence used on both experiments as fake ones.

"No live virus or an intact genome of RaTG13 have ever been isolated or recovered. Therefore, the only proof for the 'existence' of RaTG13 in nature is its genomic sequence published on GenBank," says her on the study.

Bruno Cassaro de Andrade, a chemical engineering student, works with a test during the method of separating specific proteins to be applied in the production of vaccines on March 24, 2020 in Belo Horizonte, Brazil. The Ministry of Health convened The Technological Vaccine Center of the Federal University of Minas Gerais laboratory to conduct research on the coronavirus (COVID-19) in order to diagnose, test and develop a vaccine. According to the Ministry of Health, as of Tuesday, March 24, Brazil has 1.891 confirmed cases of the coronavirus (COVID-19) and at least 34 recorded deceases.

Yan claims that the virus "was created by using a template virus (ZC45/ZXC21) owned by military research laboratories under the control of the Chinese Communist Party (CCP) government."

She said that with the duration of six months, the COVID-19 development experiment was created.

As also blatantly expressed on the study, Yan called the virus as the "unrestricted bioweapon" of CCP. She also clarified that th virus was not released accidentally, but intentionally.

"In addition, records indicate that the unleashing of this weaponised pathogen should have been intentional rather than accidental," says her. "We therefore define SARS-CoV-2 as an Unrestricted Bioweapon and the current pandemic a result of Unrestricted Biowarfare."

So far, Chinese government has not yet commented on the claims of Yan.
