Solomon Ukoha's invention is now helping a lot of people, especially those who don't have access to any power source. According to Yen.com's latest report, Ndubuisi Ekekwe, an entrepreneur, shared a video of the power plant.

Ukoha joins other young inventors

Ekekwe said that the boy provides the residents with a power source that they can use to charge their phones, laptops, and other gadgets. Ukoha, who lives in Abia State, now joins other young Nigerian inventors to share their talents in parts of the country they are needed the most.

"That is Genco (for generating electricity), transco (for transmission of electricity) and disco (for distributing electricity)," said Professor Ekekwe via Yen.com.

"The young man built the power plant, created the transmission lines and opened it for people to come and charge their phones, etc," he added.

Another Nigerian invented a helicopter-like motorcyle

On the other hand, a 19-year-old Nigerian boy created a motorbike that looks like a helicopter. According to Legit.ng's previous report, Kenneth Akobundu's weird motorcycle went viral on social media.

The young boy sacrificed many of his resources just to build his bike. Many people saw his determination and assisted him as he proceeds to the next stages.

Akobundu said that those people who saw his efforts shared links to resources, which helped him complete his project. Babatunde Segun, a Nigerian engineer, said that the kid is one of the people that the government should support and train because of their technological ideas.
