Just before season 5 of the ongoing battle league breaks out in "Pokemon Go", one final, special cup will first be held called "Flying Cup." The event was previously expected to happen some time earlier than this but it seems like Niantic pushed the event for a few weeks due to unspoken circumstances.

The game starts at 5pm on November 5 until 12am on November 6 and among the prizes, players might even be able to teach Pidgeot gust. In order to complete this cup, players should use a flying-type Pokemon either 1,500 or less. Here are the best possible teams for the "Pokemon Go Flying Cup", according to Gamepur.

Best Pokemon Go Flying Cup teams:

Aerodactyl (shadow), Mantine, and Zapdos

Although the impressive trio, there's still a weakness for electric types. Aerdactyl, however, is good for protection.

  • Aerodactyl: rock slide, rock throw, and iron head

  • Mantine: bubble beam, bubble, and ice beam

  • Zapdos: thunderbolt, thundershock, and drill pick

Skarmory, Emolga, and Altaria

Zapdos' weakness is ice-type pokemon while Skarmory is quite weak to electric-type attacks. To round it off, Altaria is resistant to electric-type attacks but still very weak towards ice-type attacks.

  • Emolga: thunderbolt, thunder shock, and discharge

  • Skarmory: brave bird, steel wing, and sky attack

  • Altaria: sky attack, dragon breath, dragon pulse

Zapdos, Skarmory, and Articuno

Although this is a pretty powerful trio, the Articuno shadow form is still pretty rare to get outside of the "Pokemon Go Fest 2020".

  • Articuno: icy wind, ice shard, and ancient power

  • Skarmory: brave bird, air slash, and sky attack

  • Zapdos: thunderbolt, thunder shock, and drill peck

Pelipper, Emolga, and Mantine

Although these Pokemon are weak to electric-type attacks, their forte is ice-type moves which is a major weakness for other particular teams.

  • Emolga: thunderbolt, thunder shock, and discharge

  • Pelipper: weather ball, water gun, and blizzard

  • Mantine: bubble beam, bubble, and ice beam

Skarmory, Aerodactyl, and Zapdos

This combination is powerful because of the flying and rock-type combination making it quite effective to other electric-type Pokemon. Although weak to ice, Skarmory does not really take extra damage to the attacks.

  • Aerodactyl: rock slide, rock throw, and iron head

  • Skarmory: brave bird, steel wing, and sky attack

  • Zapdos: thunderbolt, thunder shock, and drill peck

These combinations could possibly be the ticket to the championship in "Pokemon Go Flying Cup". The key to win is not only learn how to handle strengths but also play with weaknesses. The timing of certain moves as well as the right Pokemon to counter the enemy team is the key to winning this "Pokemon Go Flying Cup 2020". Get ready for season 5 as the upcoming update is said to bring much more to the world of Pokemon.
