'Pokemon GO' Animation Week 2020: Tasks and Rewards

The timed research storyline in Animation Week 2020 is divided in 10 parts, plus the 11th step for claiming rewards. The whole journey would keep players busy for some days if they would only complete the tasks casually.

Most of these encounters are easy to understand while the average player may not have any trouble going through the list as long as they start early and closely watch on the tasks they should focus.

Even without groundbreaking tasks or rewards, players can use of a Sinnoh Stone and the Dragon Scale while the World Hat Pikachu will surely excite some collectors. Meanwhile, it is worth to take time going through the storyline, particularly since nearly all of these tasks are activities that players would need to do while playing throughout the Animation Week 2020.

Here is the full list of the tasks and their corresponding rewards in each stage. Check the out as you go through the event.

'Pokemon Go' Lugia Raid

While waiting for the Animation Week, Pokemon Go also brought back the powerful Lugia in five-star Battle Raids on November 5 until November 16 starting at 4 PM ET. This week will be Lugia's great return to the game since 2017.

Pokemon GO players can battle against the Legendary Bird and capture Lugia and its Aeroblast as well as other items in the Raid. As one of the rarest Pokemon, Lugia was hard to catch, even without its famous Flying-type move, the Aeroblast, which was seen on console games and Japanese Manga.
