If there is a more reliable and secure investment for your hard-earned money than real estate, it's yet to be discovered. Brick-and-mortar is a tangible asset that easily outperforms other investments and is a commodity that will consistently increase in value as time goes by. 

Entrepreneur Annetta Powell discovered a long time ago that investing in real estate was integral to the building of wealth. It's why she believes in helping as many people as possible get a foot on the property ladder and generate a real passive income.

Powell explains, "I purchased my first real estate property for $18,000 USD and after refurbishment sold it a short while later for a profit of $24,000 USD. That was the beginning of my journey to becoming financially self-sufficient and independent, and I've never looked back."

Looking back isn't something the founder of The Wealth Connect believes in. The published author, well-known speaker, and Serial Entrepreneur knows what it's like to struggle. Annetta was one of seven siblings who was born to deaf parents. Since then, she has survived domestic violence, a brutal sexual assault, been broke, and even served time in prison. Still, she has beaten the odds and is a living example of what you can achieve if you put your mind to it. 

"I wasn't born with a silver spoon in my life, and I'm just a regular person," explains the Michigan native, who added, "During my early twenties I was sick and tired of living from paycheck to paycheck and thought there's got to be more to life than this. That's when I discovered the art of finding, fixing, and flipping properties."

Making money from real estate proved to be something Powell had a natural flair for. Since 2002 she has purchased, renovated, and sold more than 600 properties to the tune of $50 Million in real estate sales. Powell's company, known as the Infinity Property Group, has gone from strength to strength, and she now wants to help others achieve their goals and dreams. 

The real estate mogul has already taught hundreds of clients how to generate wealth through flipping properties, wholesaling, and letting, and gets a real buzz from watching people walk down the same road she first started upon many moons ago. 

"If you're creative, persistent, a people person, and a good negotiator, you were born to play the real estate game," explains Powell. "You just need to sharpen your skills and learn from the experience of others. That's where I come in. I've been there, done it, and own the t-shirt. My buzz these days comes from helping others learn the game and eventually master it."
