"Genshin Impact" gives out various things like in-game items, giveaways, mora, and primogems. Players could unlock these freebies depending on promo codes provided throughout the year.
To start the new year, here are the codes and items for January 2021 as well as where and how to use them.

What are 'Genshin Impact' Codes?
Mihoyo gives players with Genshin Impact codes to reward them with mora, primogems, or other freebies, but it does not release a lot of codes. They usually come around a new game update and it is worth waiting for them. However, they may follow Genshin Impact in social media accounts to stay updated with codes and giveaways.
Meanwhile, players should take note that if they paid for a code, it cannot be revoked, so they should be extra careful to follow the redeeming process. Also, most codes expire and replaced by new ones while the current codes do not have an expiration date.
Genshin Impact: Redeem Codes (January 2021)
"Genshin Impact" players should be at least Adventure Rank 10 to redeem codes. They just need to visit the "Genshin Impact" website and log in to their account. They should have already created a character on that account, which they should connect to their miHoYo account in the User Center.

Once their accounts are set up, click the arrow beside the More tab in the website and look for Redeem Code. Players will be taken to another page where they can simply choose their server, character's nickname, and the redemption code before clicking the Redeem button. After they have redeemed their code, they should check their in-game mail.
If they encounter an issue redeeming their code or the code is not working, players should immediately contact the "Genshin Impact's" customer service. Meanwhile, please note that they can only redeem one code per character while the code cannot be used twice with the same character.

'Genshin Impact' January Promo Codes
For January, players have two codes available to redeem. Again, these codes can be used only once per account, so be careful to put it on the correct character in that account. Check out the list below.
