Raven Software recently announced that a new update on game settings for "Call of Duty: Warzone" went live on Jan. 13 offering more weapon changes such as DMR.

The developer published the patch notes on their Twitter account via a TwitLonger. It showed DMR, Blueprints, and other weapon updates after fans criticize the weapons' performances during the game.

According to Push Square, Raven Software reposted the patch notes in a new tweet, after deleting the initial post. The developer said: "#Warzone update going live now! Infinite stim fixed, DMR changes, & more."

Once the new patch is downloaded, players will have two tactical rifles working differently while the Stim glitch should finally be fixed.

The Jan 13 patch notes include changes to DMR, a MAC 10 fix to include the Blueprint on different values as well as a fix for the notorious the stim glitch in COD Warzone. Below is the complete patch notes:

'COD Warzone' Jan 13 Patch Notes

Weapons

DMR 14

- Reduced bullet penetration from sniper to AR

- Decreased damage falloff ranges from 55 damage before 750 units to only 48 damage after 750 units. This is a 70% reduction from 2,500 units

- Increased recoil: Moderately increased for second and thurd bullets; Slightly increased for subsequent bullets

- Location damage multipliers adjusted: Headshot reduced to less than 100 damage after 750 units; Lower torso reduced by 8% from 1.1 to 1.01

Type 63

- Reduced bullet penetration from sniper to AR

- Decreased damage falloff ranges: from 60 damage before 900 units to 45 damage after 900 units; dropped by 55% from 2,000 units.

Burst Pistol

- Maximum damage reduced by 11% from 45 to 40

Tactical equipment

- Player no longer receives Stim infinite tactical equipment after dropping their weapons while preparing a grenade

Attachments

DMR 14

Front Grip - Removed vertical recoil reduction; Increased horizontal recoil reduction from 20% to 30%

Field Agent Foregrip - Increased horizonal recoil reduction from 35% to 30%; Decreased vertical recoil reduction from 35% to 25%  

 Burst Pistol

Akimbo - All location damage multipliers set to 1

Type 63

Front Grip - Removed vertical recoil reduction; Increased horizontal recoil reduction from 20% to 30%

Spetznaz Ergonomic Grip - Decreased horizonal recoil reduction from 45% to 40%; Decreased vertical recoil reduction from 45% to 30%

Challenges

- Fixed Seasonal Challenges to track or appear as intended

Blueprints

Gallantry (Mac-10) - All stats updated to match Mac-10 base 

Based on the above patch notes, the bullet penetration of DMR 14 has been decreased by a level to an assault rifle from the previous sniper rifle class. The weapon's damage falloff range has also been reduced while recoil has increased. Similarly, Type 63's bullet penetration is now classified as an assault rifle while another nerf to damage falloff ranges.

Meanwhile, some attachments were also adjusted when connected equipped to these two guns. The recent update will not in any way affect the "Call of Duty: Black Ops Cold War."
