For those Genshin Impact fans that are reportedly having quite an eventful week ahead, the new additions get a little bit juicier. After the recent release of the much-awaited Hu Tao banner known, the Moment of Bloom, miHoYo has just organized some sort of special program for the new Genshin Impact 1.4 update.

According to the story by DualSense, the new Genshin Impact 1.4 update is expected to come out this incoming March 17 and fans left and right have a lot to look forward to when it comes to this update.

Aside from a new character to the roster, Rosaria, and the return of Venti, miHoYo has also made sure that the upcoming update is going to be one of the game's largest updates ever since. This means that the game will also be getting a new in-game dating sim, which is also something fans are really excited about.

One of the most important and exciting announcements that was given during the live stream was the involvement of a particular fast food chain, introducing the Genshin Impact KFC collaboration!

While it has been leaked some time in the past, miHoYo has still made it official during the recent live stream. Expected in the upcoming collaboration event is that fans will be able to get an exclusive skin in the game if they decide to purchase the known Diluc and the new Noelle-themed KFC bucket.

While the event is currently live over in China, fans can still be able to get their itchy hands on this shiny new Glider skin. The big question, however, is how? While a lot of fans from around the world want the skin really bad and might think that there's no way to be able to get the new Glider skin, there's actually a way to do so! However, there is still a catch.

The said catch is that players will not be able to get the skin outside of China before July. According to the announcements of miHoYo, aside from the other details regarding getting the skin outside of China, this can be done when the new addition will be available in July.

While this would definitely make quite a lot of fans coming from outside China very happy, it will still be very interesting to see just how miHoYo would roll out the skin towards other places around the world.

Questions from DualSense ask if the game would actually be available via physical KFC stores themselves or will players be able to get the skin in-game through an event?

In the former case, this would mean that players living in places without a nearby KFC store might actually miss out on being able to get the skin. Whatever the given case is, players will be getting even more details regarding the skin some time very soon.
