The founder and CEO, Nikita Sachdev, broke into the industry in a major way after deciding to leave behind her former life as a model. 

At the time, health issues had inspired her to reconsider her career despite being tapped as a would-be Bollywood star. It was during that point of despair that Nikita found light in her business degree, which opened her up to a world of possibilities. Soon after, she started her own agency. 

It was during this time Nikita first heard about blockchain technology through a client working in the crypto space which immediately sparked her interest in crypto. She was motivated to create videos about cryptocurrencies and shared them with thousands of followers. Recognizing her work, Nikita was invited to speak on a show belonging to the largest cryptocurrency exchange at the time and was dubbed the "Crypto Queen." 

For Nikita, this was more than just another reflection of her entrepreneurial spirit; it indicated important sociocultural changes. The blockchain technology industry was a male-dominated field rife with barriers for entry that had made the industry kinder to its male figureheads than their female counterparts. 

Yet, Nikita was able to break through the stigma that was especially prevalent at the time. She was invited to speak at events related to women's empowerment in the blockchain industry and even gave a talk on blockchain technology at Oxford University. 

"The blockchain industry is so new. Every day a new revolution comes out in the industry," she explained, in an interview with Enterprise Zone. "When I got into blockchain, I was one of the very few females and people thought crypto was a 'bubble'. Today the largest companies in the world are incorporating blockchain technology. The power of this technology is limitless." 

Through her work in the field with Luna PR, Nikita is one of the people helping blockchain technology reach its limitless potential. The firm has helped its clients raise $3.2 billion USD for exciting and innovative projects that are on track to take the world by storm.

At the heart of it all, is integrity. Having been an entrepreneur since she was 19 and having experienced the ins and outs of wildly different industries, Nikita has seen firsthand what it looks like when respect breaks down. On the set of photoshoots and films, for instance, she felt saddened by her inability to stand up and say something. When she founded Luna PR, she made sure that the firm would always treat everyone equally and with respect.
