Rumors suggest that the upcoming Google Pixel Buds A might not have an essential feature. As of the moment, the tech giant manufacturer hasn't announced its earphones yet.

Previously, Google confirmed that it is working on a more affordable Pixel Buds product. After a few days, the search engine giant accidentally revealed a picture of the upcoming Pixel Buds model via an email message.
The mailing list includes four products, and one of them is a Pixel Buds in green color. On the other hand, rumors stated that the new Pixel Buds A will arrive this 2021. But, Google didn't release the exact date yet.
Google Pixel Buds A could have no gesture controls
Right now, some rumors claimed that the upcoming Google Pixel Buds A would not have the popular gesture controls. Although this is just speculation, some references in the app's code show the upcoming features of the new earphones.

Android Community reported that the leaked references don't include the signature gesture controls of the new Pixel Buds A. However, this doesn't mean that the features stated are final and official.
It will still depend on Google's decision if it will still include the popular gesture controls. If this becomes true, it is expected that some of the consumers will not be happy with the upcoming product.
But, the removal of gesture controls could allow Google to offer its Pixel Buds A at a more affordable price. Aside from this, speculations also stated that this wearable device could also miss a charging indicator inside the case.
When will it arrive?
According to Toms Guide's previous report, the upcoming Pixel Buds A could be released in late Spring. However, this could still be changed. Aside from this, speculations claimed that it will be announced at May's Google I/O or even sooner.
But, you still need to remember that these are not the official release date of the upcoming Google earphones. It is still advisable to wait for the company's actual announcements before making any conclusion.
