iMessage, Apple Incorporated's popular instant messaging service, currently has an issue that prevents its users to send messages to their contacts. Previously, the tech giant manufacturer confirmed that several reports are complaining about the "Not Delivered" issue.
Because of this, Apple confirmed that the issue is true, which prevents iPhone owners to access the iMessage app. On the other hand, DownDetector also confirmed that iMessage users were really experiencing the system problem on May 20.
The popular app website stated that during its peak on May 20, 1% of the users were not able to receive messages, 34% could not send messages, and 63% were not able to log in to iMessage.

On the other hand, experts also explained that your Apple ID could play a major role in this issue. They added that if your contact has an iPhone, iPad, or Mac, the message you sent might have been delivered on their Mac or iPad, and not on their smartphone.

If you are still experiencing iMessage's "Not Delivered" error message, there are several methods you can try. However, you need to remember that these processes are not 100% accurate.

- Check if force restarting will work.
- Delete the unsent message and resend it.
- Remove your SIM card and put it back again.
