Grand Theft Auto Online Update

Earlier today, May 28, Rockstar announced that more of these death-defying races are coming to the title, revealing that this week's "Cunning Stunts Event" will add eight further stunt races to the game, according to Game Rant.

Alongside the batch of new tracks, players can also look forward to an array of in-game bonuses throughout the week, including 100,000 GTA dollars and the Canis American Legend T-shirt for completing just one of the new stunt races.

The offer will remain active until June 2, and the rewards will be redeemed within 72 hours of the player logging in after June 7, based on a post by Rockstar Games' Twitter account.

Alongside the payout, races can also expected to net up to three times as much money and experience for just completing new or old stunt races throughout the week.

As for the races themselves, the lineup includes a range of different courses spread across "GTA Online's" world, alongside several of its best vehicles.

There's Sun, Sea, and Chicanes, which takes places just outside of Los Santos, and has the players driving sports cars, as well as A Tight Spot, which tasks them with riding motorcycles through claustrophobic tunnels.

There is also Bridge Too Far, which centers on players launching sports cars through rings of fire, and Cluster Truck, which places them all in muscle cars as they navigate a nonlinear course.

Meanwhile, Vicious Spiral launches players through trippy, neon-lit tunnels, Canyon Fodder has them fire off-road vehicles off large ramps, and Smoke Up Your Asphalt includes motorcycles and a dizzying number of jumps.

Finally, City Limits takes place in Los Santos, and focuses on steering sports cars across sky-bound stretches of road. They are all available to hop into right now and seemingly provide some thrilling new tracks for "Grand Theft Auto" fans to conquer.

However, the new update won't just add free races, but also an array of other items to grab over the next two weeks, PCGamesN reported.

The Wine Coil Cap and Firework Launcher are free for all players, while those at rank 100 or over can net themselves a rare hunting camo livery for their Mammoth Avenger.

For those who don't own the car, it will be discounted by 35% during the week, while the free skin will then be added to the player's account in 72 hours after the player logs in on June 7.

A custom Truffade Nero will also be added to the Diamond Casino & Resort's Lucky Wheel, offering a tantalizing reward for those who manage to land on the coveted vehicle slot during their daily spins this week.

What is 'Grand Theft Auto' About?

Each game in this series allows the player to take on the role of a criminal in the big city, typically an individual who plans to rise through the ranks of organized crime through the course of the game.

The player is given numerous missions by kingpins and major idols in the city underworld, which must be completed to progress through the storyline.

"Grand Theft Auto 5" which is the latest is out now on PlayStation 4, PC, and Xbox One, with PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S versions scheduled to launch on Nov. 11.
