The U.S. Navy and other military agencies from giant countries such as Russia, North Korea, and Japan are considered have the most advanced defense weapons. This is also the reason why some nations, including China, are trying to copy their war innovations.

And now, the United States Navy confirmed that it will release super-fast missiles that could reach Mach 5 or five times the speed of sound. This could help the big nation to defend its territories if ever there will be some sudden attacks that could happen in the future.
These new rockets are specifically the Conventional Prompt Strike missiles, also known as CPS. To give you more idea of how powerful this is, here are other major details of the upcoming U.S. Navy-made CPS missiles.
U.S. Navy's Own CPS Missiles To Arrive By 2028
According to Forbes' latest report, the advanced missiles are still being developed by the U.S. Navy. When it comes to size, this rocket is nearly 40 feet tall.
Because of its enormous size, the military agency has to make sure that the rocket is to contain both the first-stage booster and the second-stage container.

Because of this, the U.S. Navy announced that it will use the Zumwalts, which are larger warships compared to the Burke-class destroyers.
Aside from this, the developers also confirmed that the new CPS missiles could arrive by 2028, together with the new models of Block V Virginia, one of the submarines used by the United States.
Next-Gen U.S. Navy Destroyers To Arrive
Since the U.S. Navy is developing new advanced war rockets, the military agency should also invent bigger and more efficient destroyers, which have the capability to carry the new missiles.
Popular Mechanics reported that the U.S. Navy is now working on its so-called DDG destroyer ship, which is expected to replace the current Ticonderoga-class guided-missile cruiser. The DDG Destroyer and the new CCP missile are just a few of the U.S. Navy's defense innovations.
Aside from the United States, various countries are also trying to improve their defense techs, including South Korea, with its latest KF-X Supersonic Jet.
