Zale Media uses a proprietary client acquisition system called The Celebrity Agent alongside IPL Technology that they claim is revolutionizing the real estate industry. According to Zale, they have enabled agents & teams to systemize their client acquisition efforts while developing a wide influence online and offline.
Recently announced was Zale Mortgage - partner company to Zale Media. The company seeks to grow its dominance within the Mortgage industry as they have done within Real Estate, and they seek to do so leveraging the same The Celebrity AgentTM - likely to be named The Lending Authority according to sources. In the same vein, they will be using their IPL Technology and switching gears to serving brokers as well. Easy pickings? Maybe. But, who can blame them? Like D'angelo said, "don't reinvent the wheel, just realign it".
With this being said, will Zale Mortgage rival the massive success of Zale Media? You'd be a fool to bet against it. Founded by Nathan Zale, once a struggling real estate agent in Chicago, Nathan developed the OG "Celebrity Agent System" to generate leads for his clients years back amidst crippling financial struggles. Coming from chump change beginnings as an Illinois agent, the systems and frameworks that brought Zale Media to its current success will be deployed to replicate its previous success again in Zale Mortgage.
Now, as Marvelous Marvin Hagler once said "It's tough to get out of bed to do roadwork at 5am when you've been sleeping in silk pajamas". Is Zale in silk pyjamas? Only his bank account knows. But even if he is, would you really bet against Zale Mortgage assuming that the man at the wheel might have lost the drive he once had? Absolutely not. Not when the rule of compounding exists. Ever heard of the old adage the rich get richer? Well, when you've built a multi million dollar agency, have over 30 top-notch team members & endless positive reviews, even the laziest can make a company successful by their current assets doing the work for them.
Knowing Nathan Zale or Nate as people call him, he'll still be leading the company, putting in his fair share of hours. So with all this in mind, with an easily duplicatable system, a "grafter" mentality from the market of Chicago, and the assets to start and scale a new company at the drop of a dime, it's improbable Zale Mortgage won't reach the heights of Zale Media. In fact, it is likely to even surpass it.
