"League of Legends" Patch 11.14 is rumored to be nerfing Irelia badly. This is a serious matter for some players since this hero is one of the best top-lane bullies in the Summoner's Rift.

She can easily 1v5 the enemy team, allowing you to get that sweet Pentalkill, thanks to her enormous "true" damage and dashing abilities. However, her spotlight could be taken away as Riot Games seems to be making some skill and battle stat adjustments on her.
RiotPhlox, one of the Summoner Rift team's designers, said that these changes will be released this coming Patch 11.14.
"Irelia's got some changes coming 11.14 that will be on PBE later today. Nothing on PBE is final so please let me know what you think!" he confirmed via his latest tweet.
"Tomorrow's Quick Gameplay Thoughts will be all about Irelia and the process we went through to get to this list," he added.
'League of Legends' Patch 11.14 Irelia Changes
According to Dexerto's latest report, "League of Legends" Patch 11.14 will change Irelia's Bladesurge or Q Skill. The adjustment will make her dashes slower than before, which can definitely affect her mobility.
On the other hand, Irelia's E (Flawless Duet) will also be changed, making her unable to use it again after she is stunned, rooted, or hit by other CC (Crowd Control) abilities. This is just one of the nerfs she will receive. Here are other hero adjustments of Irelia that you need to check:

Battle Stats
- HP per level increased from 95 to 110
- Health lowered from 580 to 520
- Magic resist lowered from 32 to 28
Last Skill (Vanguard's Edge)
- Decrease Q cooldown by 0.5/1.5/2.5s before Haste
Passive Ability (Ionian Fervor)
- Max passive stacks lowered from 5 to 4
- Damage lowered from [15-66 (+25% bonus AD)] to [10-61 (30% bonus AD)]
- Attack speed per stack lowered from [8/12/16% based on level] to [7.5/13.75/20% based on level]
As of the moment, Riot Games itself hasn't confirmed these adjustments. Although this is the case, there's a high chance that Irelia will be nerfed as various rumors regarding other characters came out to be correct.
Fiddlesticks Is OP In ARAM?
Sportskeeda reported one hero currently dominating ARAM, one of the game modes in the Summoner's Rift. This is specifically Fiddlestick, one of the most overpowered AP junglers in the game.
However, some game experts claimed that Fiddlestick also dominates ARAM, making him the most powerful hero in the popular game mode. They added that his healing ability, warding capability, and Fiddlesticks' ultimate play a major role in his current position.
