Sony's PlayStation 5 still remains one of the most in-demand gaming gadgets in the market. Because of the high numbers of consumers trying to grab one of their own, many retailers and online stores are having a hard time replenishing their PS5 units.

GameStop offers good news since the retailer confirmed that it would have PlayStation 5 restock bundle this July 27, at exactly 8:00 a.m. PT or 11:00 a.m. ET. However, the new units will only be offered to the company's PowerUp Rewards Pro members.

GameStop said that you need to check your email linked to your PowerUp Rewards Pro account for those who already have an account. The giant gaming gadget seller added that Pro members need to check the company's message so that they will be updated with the new PS5 units.

On the other hand, the giant retailer announced that consumers need to keep their accounts open during the restock activity, saying that people must keep refreshing their pages to avoid unnecessary system bugs.

For those Pro members who want to have their own PS5, they need to remember that it will take some time before adding a PlayStation 5 bundle to their carts.

Sony PlayStation 5 Restock Tips

According to GameSpot's latest report, getting your own PlayStation 5 console is not really impossible. All you need to do is make huge efforts at the right time. One of the best ways you can get one is always to check Best Buy, Target, GameStop, and other retailers for PS5 restock updates.

Toms Guide also reported that Target is one of the most active online stores when it comes to replenishing various console units, such as PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X, Xbox Series S, and other popular brands.

On the other hand, you can also follow their social media accounts such as Facebook and Instagram. However, the best thing you can do is follow their Twitter accounts since most of them are using this online platform to post updates.

Will PS5 Stock Remain Unstable?

Some critics claimed that the PlayStation 5 restock issue will still happen until 2022.

"I don't think demand is calming down this year and even if we secure a lot more devices and produce many more units of the PlayStation 5 next year, our supply wouldn't be able to catch up with demand," said Sony's CFO or Executive Deputy President, Hiroki Totoki.

However, the giant game device creator said that it is planning to increase its PS5 productions throughout the summer.
