A NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 restock has just been spotted online selling for $630 above its SRP! Although this might still seem really expensive as $630 is definitely no light markup, it is still a huge improvement from the GPU price markups that have been seen as of lately.

It's still hard to find consistency in prices and even impossible to buy a GPU at SRP nowadays; the prices of GPUs have slowly declined, making them more affordable for gamers. Although they might still sting a little, they are still somewhat better compared to the previous prices going up to over twice the GPU's SRP.
Although they still aren't being sold at prices that generally most gamers wouldn't mind paying, especially since the SRP of these particular PC parts is already expensive, there could be an improvement. Just recently, an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 restock was spotted online selling for just $630 above its SRP!
NVIDIA and AMD GPUs
The lower markup is a huge difference compared to other restocks that could fetch a price $1,000 over its original SRP. The drop in prices comes shortly after one of the most practical GPU restocks was spotted online: An NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti was spotted selling for just $200 past its SRP!
Note that $200 might still be considered quite an amount, but compared to other GPUs sometimes selling for twice their prices, this is still a huge improvement! Just recently, the AMD Radeon RX 6080 XT was spotted selling for almost twice its price! Although it managed to not go beyond the $1,500 mark, the price was still doubled!
NVIDIA vs AMD GPUs
The NVIDIA RTX 3090 is one of the most powerful GPUs in the market. Although AMD has released a counter GPU to take the 3090 head on, the battle, as of the moment, isn't really AMD vs NVIDIA. The battle most PC builders are experiencing now is trying to get either AMD or NVIDIA GPUs for at least fair prices!
GPUs have been giving most gamers a hard time especially enthusiasts who want to build their own PC. In the past, buying PC parts and assembling a unit together was usually the best way for gamers to get the best specs at the most efficient prices.
Best Way to Buy Affordable GPUs
Now, with GPUs usually being sold at higher prices, the more efficient way to get a decent GPU is through purchasing a gaming laptop. Although some gamers have long protested the desktop master race, the time has come when building a desktop might not be the most efficient method of buying a PC.
According to an article by TechRadar, the SRP for the NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 sits at $1,499. The recently spotted NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3090 was spotted selling for $630 above its SRP at $2,129.99.
