Elon Musk agreed with a statement that Blue Origin should spend more time on "actual" rocket science" as much as they do when it comes to protesting NASA's HLS decision. Did Blue Origin really spend that much on lobbying?

Blue Origin and Elon Musk's SpaceX

According to a statement by Everything SpaceX on Twitter, if Blue Origin actually spent as much time on the "actual" rocket science as they are doing when it comes to protesting NASA's HLS decision, the New Glenn might have already reached orbit and Neil Armstrong would even be operations and Jeff's O'Neill colony in space idea would already be real. Elon Musk replied with a simple "Exactly."

The Tesla and SpaceX CEO noted that if lobbying and lawyers could get anyone into orbit, Bezos would actually be on Pluto as of the moment. Although this seems like a bold statement, there is actually a website that provides data regarding the amount that Blue Origin has allegedly spent on lobbying. While Blue Origin has been taking shots at Virgin Galactic, SpaceX is still taking the lead.
