According to CEO and founder Elon Musk, SpaceX's Starlink already brings a massive array of user terminals, which are now at 250,000. The said terminals will keep on growing, and Musk said that in order to better internet connections, Starlink would need to upgrade its ground stations and other functions that it can access here on the planet.

SpaceX Starlink's user terminals are now at 250,000, and Elon Musk shared this announcement online, signifying that there will be improvements to its internet connections. The company is expanding its user terminals to distribute the service, and it will bring more links to different households or establishments subscribed to Starlink.

The internet company aims to bring more user terminals to service people better, and it is expanding its services via distribution and availability to the public.

Currently, there are no announcements from the CEO about Starlink moving out of the public beta and launching for public use, and it will remain there indefinitely.

Starlink will Improve Ground Stations to Better Internet

A user attributed the better Starlink internet connection to the recently launched satellite constellations, but this is not the case for the company. Musk said that ground stations and improving the packet routing would make a massive difference to the performance of the satellite internet connection for users. Not everything is in connection with more satellites to improve its services.

Starlink's Improvement Since its Availability

Starlink aims to offer connectivity at any time and place. Still, the company would only achieve that via a satellite signal receiver or its router, bringing the connection beamed from orbit to the planet.

It also aims to serve that of flights and boats, improving its internet connections and giving people a chance to stay connected all the time.

Musk will bring over its businesses to collaborate with each other, including that of giving Tesla Supercharger stations the ability to connect to fast internet with Starlink. The venture may already be available in some Supercharger locations, and it gives people an experience they would not get in any filling stations on the planet.

Starlink only became available for public beta use last year, during the start of 2021, and it is something that has already made a significant improvement on the wireless connection.

However, the dilemma it has is its massive fleet that stays on the low-Earth orbit, which astronomers think are bothersome to its missions and observations.
