Tesla's Model Y and Model 3 gained another recognition for the electric vehicles, ranking at the top of the list of the "Most American-made" cars in the country. It has to beat the likes of Ford and General Motors, two of the known American native vehicle production companies in the nation, with Elon Musk saying that people do not know that about Tesla.

According to a tweet by Sawyer Merritt, a study by "Cars.com" claims that Tesla's Model Y and Model 3 lead the list of having the "most American-made" cars in the entire industry. It includes both the electric vehicles and the internal combustion engines (ICEs) in the mix, and it only means that Tesla got its recognition among all cars in the market.

Cars.com's research showed t heTesla vehicles that joined the list, and it only shows that the study by the website focuses on being "American-made," meaning that it used resources to build and deliver the car for users.

Tesla Model Y took the first spot, previously held by the Model 3, which is now in the second rank. Tesla's SUV and premium sedan also joins the list, with Model X settling on the Top 5 position while the Model S gets the sixth spot.

Other manufacturers include Lincoln, Honda, and Jeep, among the Top 10.

However, according to Musk, despite massive recognition and research from these online websites, there is still a lack of knowledge regarding Tesla's production that centers in the country. Here, the CEO said that not everyone knows about this, and many citizens are unaware of Tesla's efforts to center its productions in the country.

Tesla's electric vehicles are some of the globally-known EVs in the market today, and it is because of the features and functions that it brings to everyone in the present. One of the most exciting electric vehicles on Tesla's list now is the Cybertruck, which aims to bring its take on the electric pickup car, where it gets a unique design on the vehicle type.

The clean energy company aims to make its EVs one of the world's top brands. It has already opened up different Gigafactory production plants in other regions so that it may serve the world. Tesla Model Y already proved itself in China as it went on flooded streets. It is a challenge for electric vehicles as their batteries are on the car's floor, and submerging in water is dangerous.

There is reliability, but there is also a car that brings everything one needs in a single release. While some consider other brands for this, others look at Tesla for being at the top of the market for these needs. Nevertheless, getting recognition for being the most American-made car is one significant milestone for the company, which is unknown to the public.
