As such, subscribers of the Nintendo Switch Online service on Switch consoles get their hands on four new exciting Sega titles, thanks to its Expansion Pack service.

As per a news story by Comicbook.com, the Nintendo Switch Online + Expansion Pack tier brings classic Nintendo 64 games and Sega Genesis offerings.

However, folks who still settle for the standard tier of the Nintendo Switch Online subscription service could only access classic games from the Nintendo Entertainment System (NES) and the Super Nintendo Entertainment System (SNES).

Nintendo Switch Online New Sega Genesis Games

According to a recent report by Venture Beat, the Japanese gaming firm unveils its four new Sega games on the Expansion Pack of Nintendo Switch Online, including classics like "Comix Zone" and "Mega Man: The Wily Wars."

Comicbook.com notes in its report that the Capcom iconic collection, "Mega Man: The Wily Wars" is perhaps the most noteworthy among the four new Sega Genesis games on the Nintendo subscription service.

But apart from the two iconic games, Nintendo also adds two new free Sega games like "Target Earth" and "Zero Wing" to its Expansion Pack library.

'Mega Man: The Wily Wars'

"Mega Man: The Wily Wars" is now available to Nintendo Switch Online subscribers on various gaming hybrid devices like the standard Switch, Switch Lite, and the all-new Switch OLED.

The Capcom collection compiled the earliest three "Mega Man" games for the Sega Genesis.

Venture Beat reports that the "Mega Man: The Wily Wars" is somewhat a rare title for the players in the United States. It comes as the collection of the massive franchise was exclusively available on the Sega Network.

Its most recent release was in 2019, wherein Sega added the collection to its Genesis Mini micro-console. But this time, Switch gamers are getting their hands on it too.
