President Barack Obama delivered his sixth State of the Union address last night, and the who's who of Washington gathered to hear our leader's vision for the rest of the year and the remainder of his time in office.

This year, President Obama touched on everything from terrorism to cybersecurity to equal pay for women. While the issues the president spoke about during his speech were undoubtedly important, that doesn't mean we didn't find the State of the Union entertaining, too.

Every year, the State of the Union provides us with many encouraging, enraging and downright WTF moments, so much so that the only thing to do is turn them into GIFs and laugh at them until their continuous loops make us bored. First Lady Michelle Obama waved to the audience to pump up the crowd before her husband's speech began.

President Obama looked like he was feeling fine upon his entrance into Congress' chamber last night with kisses for everybody! OK, mostly just the ladies.

As usual, the president's fellow Democrats cheered when they liked a part of his speech while the Republicans were not having any of it.

Still, there were some moments that brought both Democrats and Republicans to their feet, because 'merica.

However, Vice President Joe Biden and Speaker of the House John Boehner were probably not applauding for Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz's hair. Clearly, he was just as surprised to himself on camera as we all were.

Some members of Congress held up pencils during the speech as a tribute to the victims of the terrorist attack on the French satirical magazine Charlie Hebdo earlier this month, an effort led by Wisconsin Representative Gwen Moore.

President Obama also made time to throw some serious shade.

And then after someone applauded that statement, he had this to say:
