30% of skilled resources within any given company are wasted; people with niche skill sets and hard-to-find qualifications are left working through tedious, manual tasks instead of doing value-add work, and that's a reality that plagues businesses of all sizes. Improper skill utilization makes it difficult to stay competitive, but much of the time being "wasted" is spent on things that could be automated.

The strategy of  "automate everything" often overwhelms businesses because they know the traditional price tag that comes with hiring a skilled team of developers or working with a consulting firm, and it simply becomes infeasible. After experiencing first-hand the impact that automation could have on their own day-to-day, Stepan Aslanyan came up with the idea to create Hexact. Hexact is a no-code automation platform that offers businesses the solution they are desperately looking for while making it more accessible than ever.

The diversity of the team and the backgrounds that they have is one of Hexact competitive advantages. CEO Stepan Aslanyan spent years building his business acumen through a variety of roles. He was trained as a physician, but his career quickly took a left turn when he realized his natural skill set for entrepreneurship and leading organizations. He has had multiple CEO roles prior to his time at Hexact, and has managed over 1,300 people at one time. Even while leading companies, Stepan experienced frustrations at how his own time was utilized and how the time of his teams was utilized. That is why the idea behind Hexact is to help companies to automate as much work as possible to be able to compete with gigantic multinational tech companies with huge engineering teams.

Standing next to Stepan is Hexact's COO, Narek Amirkhanyan. In his role as CEO of PMCH group, Narek helped grow the company from one single brand to over 100 in just 5 years. He works quickly and gets results, but his prior experiences highlighted the same need for automation, process optimization, and operational refinement. Narek then served as the CEO of Milenium5, a leading crowdfunding advertising production company. With his unique baground in retail operation and content production operation equipped him perfectly for his role at Hexact.

The first product that Hexact launched was Hexometer. It provides website monitoring around the clock to alert businesses of any issues, enabling them to resolve the issues before they become roadblocks. Just over a year later, Hexowatch, a virtual drone that monitors websites, was added to the Hexact ecosystem. Today, the suite of services offered by Hexact is unmatched, with automation and ease of use at the center of everything the organization does.

Unlike competitors in the industry, the Hexact solution doesn't require its users to have any previous coding knowledge or sift through extensive setup processes to make it valuable - you simply click and go. With over 100,000 users in the Hexact ecosystem after just 3 years, it's clearly making waves in the digital transformation space. Hexact has two more products in addition to its early releases: Hexomatic and Hexospark. Hexomatic is the center of the no-code automation features and Hexospark enables email and CRM automation to boost productivity. As they say, the ecosystem that we are building for workflow automation will help companies to have hundreds of hours saved and increase productivity by illuminating manual repetitive tasks.

Ten years ago, it may have come as a shock to both Stepan and Narek that they would be working on this project together. They each had unique journeys to reach the point of collaboration, but those journeys equipped them with the complementary skill sets needed to launch Hexact and turn it into the success it has become. The pair have had many successful business exits throughout their careers, but they are certain Hexact is going to be the best yet.
