Experienced Director at HSP Holdings, Hooman Motevalli, is changing our thinking. Thanks to his curious mindset and passion for personal development, the UEFA-licenced soccer coach with an extensive arts background is now turning his expertise to the Metaverse - and beyond. With his innovative high-tech DAO system, getting clear about your expectations has never been easier.

The power to lead, change, teach and develop lies dormant in many. It is hidden within humanity until we sufficiently evolve and unfold it until we are entrusted with its use to shine.

Mind power and mindset are some of our strongest and most useful powers. Mainly because it consists of our thoughts, and the thoughts that pass through our mind are responsible for most of the things that happen in our life.

Our predominant thoughts influence our behavior and attitude and control our actions and reactions. But what happens when our thoughts make us think? Curious people always ask questions and search for answers. Their minds are always active, and they have various perspectives.

And since the mind is like a muscle that becomes stronger through continual exercise, the mental activity caused by curiosity makes our mind more robust. During his former career in Germany as director, trainer, and leader of change, Hooman Motevalli experienced how colleagues spoke negatively about each other behind closed doors.

This sparked his curious mind to wonder. From here, he began researching why humans do this. Soon he discovered that one of the things that people lack is the courage to be transparent with each other.

We fear being uncomfortable and that self-protection is harmful. After stumbling across Brene Brown's methodology: "Clear Is Kind. Unclear Is Unkind," it became clear to this dynamic leader that our mindsets are more robust than we think.

You see, being precise is not only helpful, but it's also being kind. Being unclear about expectations, fuzzy on what you need, or skirting around an issue, is unkind - it sets people up to fail and creates problems in the future.

'Clear is kind' is a simple reminder, though not always easy, of how being clear with our communication is a great, brave, helpful, and thoughtful thing to do.

Brene Brown's concept tells us that in the workplace, we do not get clear with our colleagues about our experiences because it feels hard, yet holding them accountable or blaming them for not delivering is unkind.

And her extensive studies revealed that most of us avoid clarity because we tell ourselves we're being kind; when what we're doing is unkind and unfair.

Thanks to Motevalli's experience in soccer and theatre - both careers based on performing to a live audience, he could see a significant gap between the perception and deep understanding of top leaders and their followers, even as managers and directors.

Here, players were not collaborating with others based on the manager or trainers' commands due to their egos or set mindsets. The manager mostly needed help to figure out the root of the problem between the players' minds and usually found the issue in a lack of skills. But the top leaders mostly find the reasons for the issues at the root.

"Even most managers, directors, and people don't perceive - they just try their best to follow the instructions," explains Motevalli. "Confidence without clarity is a big problem, and to have clarity of perception is very important in our current world, which has been full of serious problems. Our current world, so far from the ideal, is the product of bad decisions made by our world's decision makers who mostly should not be in those positions."

This powerful pull of curiosity burning within him further channeled his passions into the business world, where his research inspired him to develop a CCC training program (Converting Confusion To Clarity) for others to establish what it means to be clear in a complex world.

"If everyone knew all the mechanisms of the brain in great detail, imagine what our world would look like. We are so used to living in a world where we just go with the motions, but never stop to think, appreciate or recognize the power we have within us," shares Motevalli.

For example, we talk to ourselves nonstop but never consider or observe these conversations with our inner voice, leading to many important decisions in our life.

"If we observe, study, develop precisely and continue to be curious - we can grow and become motivated to be and do greater things."

One of the endeavors that Motevalli believes is the future of unity and evolving mindset is that of the Metaverse. Technology is continuing to transform how we live and work, and there appear to be some exciting developments afoot in 2023.

As we continue to work from home, shop online, and have meals delivered to our doors, the dramatic shift into the digital age we've seen in the light of the pandemic is set to continue and will shape the trends we expect to see over the coming year.

With this in mind, there are several digital investment trends to keep your eye on, with cyber and artificial intelligence companies expected to see substantial growth. Along with the Metaverse and digital NFT (non-fungible tokens) space, the world is getting closer and closer to living life online.

The most apparent inclusion here is DAO.

And so, after two decades of activity in the IT business and a focus on Blockchain tech since 2017, mainly the Metaverse- NFT marketplaces, and delivering many promising projects at high levels, it wasn't long before he had the idea to form his own.

"I believe that the edge of tech and the ones with very bright futures, like Blockchain and DAO, could help a lot to fill out such a gap and help to overcome many current issues at the quickest possible time," says Motevalli.

DAO stands for Decentralized Autonomous Organization. It acts like any traditional organization such as Instagram, but the big difference is that it's decentralized, and the power is not gathered in the hands of particular positions. It operates entirely transparently and independent of any individual or party intervention - including its original creators.

In other words, no boss.

This is a community-led entity with no-central authority. Here, decisions get made from the bottom up through voting processes on blockchain networks. However, there is what you can call a 'micro-boss' controlling everything at a microscopic level. And this is where coding comes in.

You see, a programming code runs DAOs on a collection of self-sustainable smart contracts that are then written up on Ethereum and other Blockchain networks.

Now how it works is up to the development team and what processes they decide to automate. And it's not to say that humans will be entirely out of the equation as much like traditional companies; DAOs can have stakeholders who submit their proposals for changes or development and vote on the changes too.

So, these new innovative systems make processes trustworthy, unstoppable, and open-sourced for anyone to look at and improve upon.

"Our DAO was funded notably several months ago," explains Motevalli. "Recently, I have been working on a DAO-based Metaverse which will be a major competitor in the top three on the market."

Today, the current Director at HSP Holdings, Hooman Motevalli, is giving people's great ideas a chance to succeed. HSP Holdings is an investment company consisting of several groups aimed at developing and launching either start-ups or innovative projects that promise to deliver positive change.

HSP takes any innovative idea from around the world into consideration. With its funds, the company allocates this to every business domain or market, targeting both online and offline ventures.

And DAO development is just one of many technological-based systems that long to pursue their passion.

"Having had our organization officially registered in the US and Europe, we drew a long-term roadmap until 2030, which enables us to think about managing our projects and negotiating with potential partners with peace of mind," says the team at HSP.
