A third-party case maker has released renders of the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge Plus. The images provide a detailed look at both devices and also include precise dimensions of their size.

Apple has reportedly ordered a record-breaking 85 to 90 million iPhone 6s and iPhone 6s Plus units for their initial production. This move appears to show the company is confident that its upcoming flagship smartphones will shatter last year's record of 70 to 80 million iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus handsets, which the company ordered in 2014 for initial production. This news has reportedly had an effect on Samsung, which is now supposedly planning to push up the release of its next-generation Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge Plus from September to August.

Specs for both the Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge Plus recently leaked, and the Note 5 will be the first smartphone from Samsung to include a whopping 4 GB of RAM. Renders for both devices have leaked, thanks to a third-party case manufacturer, and provide an up close and personal look at the design, controls and dimensions of each handset.

GSMArena is reporting that case maker ITSKINS has provided the site with image renders of the Note 5 and S6 Edge Plus from all angles, as well as including the exact dimensions for both phablets. The Galaxy Note 5's dimensions come in at 153.3 mm by 76.1 mm by 7.9 mm and the image appears to show that the phablet will include a new "automated or push to eject mechanism" for its signature S Pen stylus.

The Samsung Galaxy S6 Edge Plus looks like an oversized version of the Galaxy S6 Edge, complete with a protruding rear camera. The S6 Edge Plus' exact dimensions are listed as 154.4 mm by 75.8 mm by 6.9 mm, and the site believes that the handset's display will be "somewhere in the ballpark as the Galaxy Note 5," which is believed to come in at 5.7 inches.

As always, it's best to take leaked renders and details of highly-anticipated devices with a grain of salt for now until Samsung makes things official. Luckily, it shouldn't be long if the August 12 launch and August 21 release date are in fact correct.

We'll be sure keep you posted on any new developments regarding the Galaxy Note 5 and Galaxy S6 Edge Plus as they become available.
