Treyarch has just revealed the newest PC-specific features set to roll out in the third installment of the Call of Duty: Black Ops series. There's solid support for 4K setups and finally two-player split screen for cooperative play—ready up!

As Valve makes its big push into the living room this fall with its Steam Box and Steam Controller, Treyarch is finally giving PC gamers the option to split the work with a friend or a relative.

Treyarch didn't specify what modes will support split screen, but the team did indicate that it's working to offer more graphics features, so, despite the looming November release date, there is still time for additions and revisions.

"As we add more optimizations and advanced graphics features, we're re-evaluating our recommended spec, so stay tuned," Treyarch said. "Rest assured that our goal is to provide the best performance across the widest range of machines possible."

Elsewhere on the list of PC-specific features are an FOV (Field of Vision) slider and 4K support bolstered by "strong GPU scaling" and optimizations for dual GPUs.

"Treyarch's PC team has been hard at work developing PC specific features and optimizations for Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 on PC," said Treyarch. "We're focused on delivering performance for the widest range of hardware possible, while being able to scale on high-end rigs."
