Apple launched its music streaming service called Apple Music in June this year, but users are now complaining about its functionality and user interface (UI).

Apple Music lets users play songs available on the iTunes library on-demand. It is available for free for the first three months, but the service costs $9.99 per moth after the trial period has finished.

While users get access to a huge library of music, many customers have also complained that it is very difficult to use.

"I found it to be confusing. I really really REALLY wanted to like it, but I didn't see the value in porting over my playlists and such from Spotify aside from (slightly) better native integration. Things aren't as intuitive as they could be," complained an Apple Music user on Reddit.

Apple had previously revealed that about 11 million iDevice owners have signed up for the free trial of Apple Music. The trial period will finish by the end of September, and users will have the option to pay for the service or not.

With the not-so-friendly UI and functionality, many customers are not considering to pay for the services when the trial period has finished.

"Apple Music is a mess. Nothing makes sense. I use it to stream stuff once in a while, but I don't use it for anything more in-depth, especially after it wiped 75 percent of my playlists. I will not be paying for it once my trial is over," shared another Reddit user.

According to Oliver Schusser, the VP of iTunes International, Apple is getting a lot of feedback from customers regarding the latest music streaming service. Schusser says that Apple launched in 110 countries and they are trying to get the service better with customer feedback.

"There's a lot of work going into making the product better. Our focus is on editorial and playlists, and obviously we have teams all around the world working on that, but we're also adding features and cleaning up certain things," said Schusser.

Apple Music issues should be fixed by the company so that the service can attract customers to pay a monthly fee. Apple is also expected to launch the service for Android this fall. The company will have to solve problems with the service before it is rolled out to Android devices.
