Spoiler alert! HBO has started filming the highly anticipated Game of Thrones season 6, and a flying drone captured some breathtaking images of the set.

Game of Thrones has rapidly grown to be an immensely popular TV show with countless fans worldwide. Filled with betrayal, sneaky ploys, sex and no shortage of blood and gore, the world of Game of Thrones kept everyone on edge from one episode to another to see what barbarian cruelty goes on next.

The fifth season left many in shock and the way it ended has fans wondering what could be in store for the upcoming season, and we now get a glimpse of it from up above (literally).

In what many consider a great spoiler for the next season of Game of Thrones, a video captured by a drone now shows a working set for filming season 6 of GoT.

Eye In The Sky, a video and drone rental company, posted a breathtaking video captured by one of its drones flying over a village called Ballintoy in Northern Ireland's county of Antrim. The footage shows HBO's set for Game of Thrones, and avid fans didn't take too long to notice various details that offer precious hints of what's to come.

As netizens are quick to point out, the video most likely shows the filming for the Kingsmoot, essentially the traditional ceremony in which the Iron Islands captains elect a new king.

Game of Thrones is based on the A Song of Ice and Fire novels by George R. R. Martin, and those who have read the novels already have a good idea of upcoming events in the fantasy drama. In the books, the next king the Iron-born elect in the Kingsmoot traditional ceremony is Euron Greyjoy, which means the character will play an important role in season 6.

Just last week, the world started buzzing after news broke out that HBO filled the role of Euron Greyjoy. The news already hinted at the upcoming Kingsmoot in Game of Thrones season 6, and the newly surfaced drone video now seems to confirm it, further amping up the hype and building up anticipation.

The first episode of season 6 is expected to air in April 2016, so there's still quite a wait. In the meantime, check out the drone video below to get a glimpse of the Game of Thrones season 6 filming.
