Motorola's latest Moto X Style and second-generation Moto 360 are officially up for preorder in the U.K., available straight through the company's store.

The Moto X lineup got new members this year, as Motorola added two new smartphones to its portfolio: the Moto X Play and the Moto X Style. The cheaper of the pair, the Moto X Play, made its debut in the U.K. last month, and now it's the turn of the more expensive, higher-end Moto X Play to become available across the pond.

The Moto X Style is now up for preorder at a £399 price point (about $620) for the base model with 32 GB of storage and a plastic back. Customers will have to shell out an extra £35 (about $54) for the 64 GB model, or an extra £20 (about $31) for a more premium wood or leather finish.

In terms of specs, the Moto X Style boasts a large 5.7-inch display with a QHD resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels, a hexa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 processor, 3 GB of RAM, a 21-megapixel rear camera and a 3,000 mAh battery, among the highlights.

On the software side, the smartphone does come with a few Moto-exclusive features and apps, but it also offers a near stock Android experience. At the same time, the Moto X Style also boasts the highly customizable aspect that made the Moto X line so popular, allowing interested customers to design their own phone through Moto Maker.

The new Moto 360 smartwatch, meanwhile, is now up for preorder at a £229 price point (about $355) for the 42 mm model and £269 (roughly $415) for the larger 46 mm version, both with a standard leather strap.

Upgrading to more premium options, as expected, costs extra. A metal strap in silver, gold or black color options will cost an extra £30 (roughly $46), while Micro Knurl bezels are available for an extra £20 (about $31).

When it comes to availability, the second-generation Moto 360 will ship to preorder customers on Sept. 28, but the Moto X Style customers will have to wait until Oct. 6 to get their preorders.
