Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment and DC Entertainment recently made the iconic tumbler from Christopher Nolan's 2008 Batman film The Dark Knight available to cruise around in Batman: Arkham Knight. However, it looked like fans would still have to wait to dress up like Christian Bale's Caped Crusader from the movie.

However, some recent tweets from Arkham Knight Game Director and co-founder of Rocksteady Studios Sefton Hill have given us hope that we'll be seeing The Dark Knight suit in the game sooner rather than later.

"We've had a lot of requests for the batsuit to go with the Tumbler," Hill tweeted on Tuesday. "We hear you so we're going to make it happen!"

But don't get ready to suit up just yet. Hill also noted on Twitter that "the suits take a very long time to build because of the insane amount of detail" and that we should "expect it near the end of the year."

Hill also asked tweeps if they would prefer a suit from Batman Begins or The Dark Knight added to the game. From the flurry of replies to Hill's tweet, it looks like the majority of fans want to see The Dark Knight suit come to Arkham Knight as of now. I mean, when you already have The Dark Knight tumbler in the game, having the chance to be in the batsuit to match is too good of an opportunity to pass up.

Though we still have to wait and see if The Dark Knight suit ends up in Arkham Knight, there's a whole bunch of new DLC coming to the game in October that should tide you over until then. This includes the chance to drive around in the Batmobile from the 1960s TV series, Catwoman's Revenge story pack and a new Crime Fighter Challenge Pack featuring combat and predator maps for Batman, Nightwing, Robin and Azrael.
