Although the team managed to save Simmons in Tuesday night's episode of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., they still have a challenge to deal with in the form of the Advanced Threat Containment Unit (ATCU) lead by Rosalind Price (Constance Zimmer).

In a newly released sneak preview of next week's episode, "A Wanted (Inhu)man," Inhumans become more of a target for the ATCU as the world learns more about their existence and grows increasingly fearful of people with powers.

This sneak preview reveals Agent Coulson (Clark Gregg) confronting the ATCU's leader.

"Tell your men to stand down," Coulson says in the clip. "They will start a war."

The video also shows Daisy explaining that Inhumans are people, too, just before we're teased with a potential romance between her and Lincoln, who wants nothing to do with S.H.I.E.L.D.

Perhaps the most remarkable – and alarming – takeaway from the preview is this line: "...until they are betrayed by those they trust." Does that mean there's a spy in S.H.I.E.L.D.? Or possibly someone who has their own agenda?

Here's the official synopsis of "A Wanted (Inhu)man:"

"Daisy, Mack and Coulson race to protect Lincoln as Rosalind's team hunts down the Inhuman in their quest for powered people. Meanwhile, Hunter proves that there is no line that he will not cross to exact his revenge against Ward and Hydra."

Because this upcoming episode brings Rosalind and Coulson face-to-face again, viewers can expect to see more of their relationship with each other.

"The relationship between Rosalind and Agent Coulson, people are going to really wonder who's lying to who, who's being honest, are we being honest?" said Zimmer to The Hollywood Reporter. "It's a cat and mouse game and we'll see if one catches the other in the end. My money's on Rosalind."

There are also changes coming for the relationship between Fitz and Simmons, thanks to what happened to Simmons after the monolith made her disappear.

"She's definitely affected from the whole experience, she's been alone this whole time and no one will really understand what she went through," said Elizabeth Henstridge, who portrays Agent Simmons. "And that's certainly going to affect her relationship with Fitz. He's been on this mission to find her, a solo mission, and so he's changed throughout this process as well. There's still a huge question mark for them."

Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. airs on ABC on Tuesday nights.
