Usually, Steam's "Midweek Madness" sales feature one or two select games, and they're typically unrelated to one another. This week, however, Midweek Madness is on a whole other level: instead of just a few different games, an entire library of stealth titles is up for grabs.

It's a shame that Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain isn't on the list, but even so, there are some great titles on sale: for instance, the entire Far Cry franchise is on sale, as is the amazing Deus Ex: Human Revolution and Outlast. Even the indie games are represented, with titles like Gunpoint and Monaco: What's Yours is Mine rounding out the selections.

That being said, it's a bit of a stretch to call Crysis a stealth series at this point — sure, there are some stealthy sections, but those games are roughly 60 percent explosions, and the same thing can be said for series like Assassin's Creed and Metal Gear Rising.

Then again, it's hard to complain about what's included when they're all available for so cheap ...

Steam's next major sale event is the Fall Sale, which usually lands right around Thanksgiving. After that, the second-largest Steam event of the year — the beloved Winter Sale — begins. As if the 2015 holiday release schedule wasn't expensive enough on its own, now, gamers can look forward to spending even more money on Steam deals!

The Steam Stealth Game Sale only lasts until Oct. 16 — if you want to check out any of Steam's Midweek Madness deals, just head on over to the official store page.
