Microsoft has recently unwrapped quite a few new devices, including the second-gen Microsoft Band, Surface Pro 4, Surface Book, Lumia 950 and Lumia 950 XL. Now, it wants its aficionados to be up close and personal with the new products by holding a special event billed Device Night 2015 across the U.S. and Canada.

"Come join the ExpertZone team at Microsoft Device Night. This is your exclusive chance to go hands-on with all the latest and greatest Microsoft devices including the all-new Surface Book, Surface Pro 4, Lumia 950, Lumia 950 XL, and the new Microsoft Band," reads the post of Microsoft.

Unlike the company's previous events, the event is not only dedicated to developers but to some of its lucky fanatics as well.

"Device nights are designed for our ExpertZone retail pros, and you'll need to be a registered member to win a prize or get a swag bag. But as we said earlier, fans can attend too. See you at the events," said Microsoft's Ben Rudolph.

The initial events will happen in Boston (Oct. 19) and San Francisco (Oct. 19). Over the next few weeks, the Device Night will take place in Philadelphia (Oct. 22), Washington, D.C. (Oct. 26), Vancouver, Canada (Oct. 28), Atlanta (Oct. 29), Dallas (Nov. 2), Toronto (Nov. 4), San Diego (Nov. 9), Los Angeles (Nov. 11), New York (Nov. 12), Seattle (Nov. 16) and Chicago (Nov. 16).

Alongside the chance to try out the new products, participants will also get the chance to grab these perks: question and answer sessions with Microsoft's experts, food and drinks, exclusive swag bags, a chance to win a new Surface, and tricks, tips and demos that will surely impress participants.

However, it should be noted that fans who will attend will not be eligible for swag bags or to win devices.

Fans who wish to be included in Microsoft's list of participants should head over to the registration page.
