CapitalG, the venture capital arm of Alphabet Inc, may have quietly invested an undisclosed amount in Snap Inc, owner of popular messaging app Snapchat. CapitalG is yet to officially confirm the investment but displays the Snapchat logo in the portfolio section of its website.
