We've seen black buns, cheese over buns, donuts for buns, and other burger concoctions that make the mouth water. But this new burger from Canada really takes the cake (burger?). The Works Gourmet Burger Bistro in Ontario has invented a completely new burger to celebrate National Nut Day. A beef patty stuffed and topped with none other than crumbled bits of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups. Yes, it's nuts, alright!

The reveal of this surreal burger concoction comes right at the cusp of an announcement by the World Health Organization that processed meats cause cancer. But that apparently is not stopping multitudes of curious burger aficionados from sinking their teeth into this chocolate and peanut butter infused pulled pork patty. And to top it all off, it comes with bacon and onion rings too!

The Works is known north of the border for their eccentric burger combinations. Along with the Reese PBC Burger, the bistro also unveiled on its website the Burgeroni which is stuffed with what else but pepperoni slices and breaded fries, and the Loaded Lucy, which has “ooey, gooey” cheese stuffed into its juicy patty of Canadian beef. If The Works' Reese PBC Burger isn't enough to satiate your craving for choco-peanut butter in a burger, they are also serving a Reese Suck it Up Buttercup Shake. The burger retails for $15.98 Canadian or $12.40 and the shake costs $7.91 Canadian or $4.30.

As many on Twitter have noted, does the world need a burger stuffed with Reese's Peanut Butter Cups? What does the creation of this monstrosity say about this burger and chocolate loving society? We're not sure, but we sure share the sentiment that we'd love to head up to our neighbors in Canada and try out the Reese's PBC Burger ourselves, eh?
