"The Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part 1" has just released another viral video of sorts with a message from President Snow (Donald Sutherland). The creepy video begins with the President touting the solidarity of Panem and its districts.

The all-white colored set gives an ominous look of the head of state and his push to retain and harness his power of the Districts. Many movies have used this method to promote their upcoming films by giving the audience a tease of what is to come in the "Mockingjay" trailer.

While relaying his message to the people, he is interrupted by Beetee (Jeffrey Wright) with a message of his own. In a propaganda film way, Beetee lets the people of Panem know that the Mockingjay lives.

This is the second teaser released for the film, and fans are now one step closer to the full trailer of the movie. The message of unity and hope is relayed through the maniacal President Snow's purposeful speech as he continues to keep a stranglehold on all of the Districts. With a brainwashed Peeta (Josh Hutcherson) at his side, this makes for one spooky mini-teaser.

Also flanking the President is Johanna Mason, played by Jena Malone, who stands there statue-like as a cog in the political machine of Panem.

The story of Katniss and her meteoric rise in the games filled the first two films, but now it looks like there is a shift to the people of Panem and a looming war. The President's plan for prosperity and sacrifice are put to the test as Beetee fuels the fire of the rebellion.

The people of District 13 are gaining strength as the President's vice-like grip strengthens. The politics of the Capitol are now taking a backseat to the possible uprising of the people spearheaded by "the girl on fire herself" and her ascension to fame. It remains to be seen if these are actually images from the film, but the result will have fans rejoicing at the slow reveal of the first part of the final installment in the series.

It does look like that director Francis Lawrence has a well planned out narrative in play that builds tension and drama via the teaser. The film will be released on November 21 and is in place to kick off the holiday movie season.

As the movie draws closer, we will keep you up to speed on all of the happenings in Panem.
