The problem with earphones is they fall out of your ears with the slightest of movement much to the frustration of the person using them.

Well, Revols hopes to change that. Boasted as the "first Quick Custom-Fit Wireless Earphones that mold to the unique shape of your ears in exactly 60 seconds," Revols has launched a Kickstarter campaign with the goal of getting its earphones into the ears of as many users as possible. As of early Monday afternoon, Revols has received $62,175 toward its goal of $100,000 with 59 days to go.

Revols promises to achieve its one-size-fits-all, custom-fitting earphone mold with an accompanying app for its product. According to the minds behind the technology, all users have to do is download the app and press the start button on it to activate the molding process.

Via Bluetooth connection, in 60 seconds, the tips of the Revols' earphones transform from their gel-like initial state to their permanently hardened shape customized for that user's ears.

Adding to the legitimacy of Revols is its partner, Onkyo, a longtime well-regarded brand in high-end technology. Onkyo's acoustic engineers played a part in developing Revols' earphones.

"These earphones have the potential to be truly game changing," says Jason Sausto, president of Onkyo's marketing. "Everyone wants a custom fit, but right now the cost and complexity are still too high."

As it stands now, a pledge of $169 will get you a pair of Revols earphones with two sets of molding tips, a carrying case and battery pack.

Not bad.
