To walk for the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show is a sure sign that a model has "made it" in the industry. The fashion show is the go-to table at the school cafeteria, and the Angels, the cool kids. Which goes on to say that Jenner and Hadid are the freshman kids who gained instant popularity and are loved by everyone - including seniors.

The internet erupted with the news and corresponding photos of the two, both backstage and onstage.

Hadid, daughter of "Real Housewives" star and former model Yolanda Foster, is 20 years old and has 8.3 million Instagram followers. Jenner, half-sister to Kim Kardashian, is the same age and has 41.1 million Instagram followers.

The show was opened by Behati Prinsloo, wife of Maroon 5 front man Adam Levine, for the second year in a row. She worked the runway to tune of Pat Benatar's "Heartbreaker," sporting a rainbow ensemble, with the word "love" written across her wings. Jenner took her first turn in this section.

Ellie Goulding also serenaded the Angels, in a butterfly-inspired section led by Adriana Lima. Hadid then made her first appearance. She walked for the second time with singer-actress Selena Gomez singing to the Americana-themed VS Pink parade.

Kendall's parents, Caitlyn and Kris Jenner, albeit seated apart, were seen at the show. Caitlyn reportedly turned down invitations for various fashion week events to show support for Kendall.

"I told them all to stay away," said Kendall in an interview. "It was too much pressure and I was like, 'Mom and Dad are good enough.' I just need the pressure off. There's enough pressure as it is."

Anwar Hadid, Gigi's younger brother, also showed up to support her sister's first Victoria's Secret show.

Gigi admitted this show was a dream come true from her.

"Woke up with the biggest smile on my face. I didn't want yesterday to end. So honored to be a part of the @victoriassecret show, can't wait for you all to see it," she wrote on her Instagram page.

The show's telecast will air on CBS on Dec. 8. It will be broadcast in 192 countries.
