Everything in our lives is becoming connected. From our refrigerators to our light bulbs, the Internet of Things is taking over.

LifeFuels has realized this, and has announced a new smart water bottle designed to help users improve their lifestyle and enhance their workout sessions.

The water bottle itself comes with 10 FuelPods, which look somewhat like cartridges and hold protein powders and other ingredients that users might add to their drinks to enhance their workout. Users can also find a small screen on the front of the bottle. Two buttons are present, allowing the user to determine which FuelPod they would like to infuse into their water. Then, the mixture will be dispensed into the water, with the correct portions being dispensed at the right time.

LifeFuels says that it will launch an app in early 2016 for both iOS and Android, which will allow users to choose which pod with which to fill their cup. Additionally, the bottle can charge wirelessly.

LifeFuels is offering a range of FuelPods, and it is expected that the company will release more in the future. The pods can range in size, with one being able to hold between one and 25 servings, and pods are separated into three categories. These include water enhancers, vitamins and supplements. Each of the categories has a few options from which users can choose. While the FuelPods do vary in price, according to the company, they will cost about as much as buying a normal bottle of vitamins.

LifeFuels is set to release the water bottle in late 2016, and it will cost $195 in the U.S.
